At Mabask.com, we are very committed to providing high quality products to our customers. Whilst we hope that you are always happy and satisfied with your Mabask purchase, we can understand there are times when you may change your mind and need to return a product. Should you wish to do so, please kindly take a moment and review our policies below.
- Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was made, regrettably we cannot process a refund or exchange for your order.
- Merchandise must be in its unused, unopened and original condition.
- We regret that all shipping costs associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
- Please ensure to note the reason for your return on your receipt or packing slip.

Remember, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs, which as stated prior, will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged item (see damaged orders policy).
- Please ensure to record every tracking information associated with your return, as our office cannot issue a refund or exchange until we have confirmed receipt of returned merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Mabask.com, which can be sent with the return package or as an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All refunds will only be credited to the original credit card or method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days of our office confirming receipt of your item.
- Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit adjustment to appear on your card statement.
- Please do not post any package as C.O.D, as they will be rejected and your refund forfeit.
- Only orders made on www.mabask.com may be eligible for a return. Items purchased on www.mabask.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any retailers or distributors that may sell any products under the mabask.com portfolio.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the specified time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged when delivered to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
